In the Folder List, click Add Folder.
Type a name in the Folder Name box.
By default, the folder is added as the first folder in the Cabinet. To position the new folder on the Folder list, use the direction arrows.
For example, to add a folder at the same level as the Mailbox folder, select the Down button next to the Mailbox folder. To add a folder to the Mailbox folder, select the Right button next to the Mailbox folder.
Click OK.
