You can view the status information for each recipient of an item you have sent. By default, you receive the following status information and item properties:
Unopened
Opened
Replied
Item Properties and Send Options Properties (listed under Other Properties)
From
Scheduled Date
Subject
Creation Date
GroupWise User Information
Auto Delete
Concealed Subject
Expiration Date
Notify Recipients
Priority
Reply Requested
Return Notification
Security
Status Tracking
To Be Delivered
Message and attachments file size and date
You can use Options in the Windows* version of GroupWise® to change the Status Information level to All Information. You receive the following additional status information with the level set to All Information:
Deleted (also indicates Declined; if so, can include comments from the recipient)
Undeleted
Retracted
Undeliverable
Downloaded (if the recipient is using GroupWise Remote)
Purged (removed from recipient's Trash)
If you do not have access to the Windows version of GroupWise, your GroupWise system administrator can change the Status Information level for you.
